CLAD is an architectural visualization platform that uses artificial intelligence to transform photographs of buildings into photorealistic renderings in various architectural styles. The service includes:

• AI-powered exterior and interior rendering
• Multiple architectural style options
• Material specification sheets
• Project management tools

User Accounts

To use CLAD, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription & Payments

• CLAD offers various subscription tiers with different features and render limits
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Render credits do not roll over between billing periods

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload
• Generated Renderings: You own the renderings created from your photos for commercial and personal use
• Our Platform: CLAD, its logo, and all software remain our intellectual property
• Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation

AI-Generated Content

Renderings are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:

• Renderings are visualizations, not construction documents
• Material suggestions are approximate matches, not exact specifications
• Always consult with licensed professionals before construction
• We do not guarantee architectural feasibility of generated designs

Limitation of Liability

CLAD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Decisions made based on generated renderings
• Third-party actions or content

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of CLAD after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
